Be kind to yourself…
Valentine’s is the perfect time to immerse yourself in a practice of self-care. This evening workshop will include discussion on bringing well-being into all areas of life and the importance of doing so.
A gentle, mindful yoga asana practice accompanied by restorative and yin poses will be offered during this immersive workshop. Metta meditations on loving-kindness, compassion and joy is a beautiful way to immerse the self into a state of bliss. Essential oils will be offered to facilitate the immersion along with gentle touch assists.
Please bring a pen and note pad for taking notes during the discussion time. Wear comfortable clothing (layers suggested). Yoga mats and props available.
