  • Mat Storage Cubby (Limited space available. First come, first served)

  • Free Membership Pauses up to 30 days at a time for travel, illness, etc.

How to Pause Your Membership Temporarily:

If you’re going on vacation, fall ill, or have another reason why you won’t be able to use your membership for a short period of time, please take advantage of our Membership Pause benefit! To pause your membership temporarily, please click the button below and fill out the requested information. Once your Membership Pause ends, your plan will automatically reactivate. (We can’t pause a membership without submission of this form. Completion of the form should only take a minute)

Get to know Blue Ridge staff and students better on our casual page where we’ll share life updates, happy moments, funny Theodore pictures, and more. Our Community Page is also where we’ll take polls on what organizations you’d like our fundraisers to support next, what classes you want to see on the schedule, what types of shirts you want us to order, etc. Hope we’ll see you there!


Managing Your Membership:

We want our Members to have the best service we can provide! That’s why we provide upfront all of the information you need about your membership and how to manage it. Upon joining a membership, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our membership policies so that we’re on the same page. If you have any questions, please see our front desk staff for guidance.

  • Is your monthly payment coming up but your card was stolen, lost, or has expired? Expect us to contact you to update your information, or you can do it yourself online!

    Note: Due to computer restrictions Blue Ridge Yoga staff must manually update your account if you want to change cards for your Monthly Membership payment. Please contact us directly for assistance.

    Update Your Card on the Website:

    • Log in to your Walla Account

    • Click your profile image or “Account Details” and select “Your Wallet”

    • Click the “…” next to your card and select “Edit” to change the expiration date of your card

    OR

    • Click “Add Credit Card” if you are adding a brand new card

    • Add your card information and click “Save”

    • Click “…” on your old card and select “Delete” - if you are unable to delete your card, send us a text at 865-856-1833, and we’ll take care of it!

    Update Your Card on the App:

    • Open your app and click “Wallet”

    • Follow the steps to update your card information

  • Our All-Access Monthly Memberships are auto-renew plans that can be canceled anytime (please note that your membership will automatically continue until canceled). We ask for a 7-day notice prior to your next payment for cancelation requests. If you need to cancel your membership, please click the link below and fill out the requested information. Once we receive your form, your cancelation request will be added to your membership according to the 7-day notice. (We can’t cancel a membership without submission of this form. Completion of the form should only take a minute)
