Bunny Yoga Fundraiser
Join us for Bunny Yoga, a fun and heartwarming event benefiting the Bridge Refugee Center! This unique fundraiser combines the calming practice of yoga with the joyful presence of sweet bunnies, creating a memorable experience for all!
All proceeds will directly support the Bridge Refugee Center's efforts to provide critical services and resources to refugees, helping them rebuild their lives in our community. Hop on over for a day of relaxation, connection, and compassion—all while making a positive impact on those in need!

Strong & Stable Workshop
Elevate your yoga practice and enhance your physical well-being at our Strong and Stable Workshop, guided by physical therapist, Dalton Cousin.
This workshop is designed to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of your lower body’s mechanics. We'll practice specific poses and address common issues to ensure you're performing the poses safely! (And if you came last time - we will be reviewing some new poses!)
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this workshop will provide valuable insights and techniques to support your physical health and fitness goals. You’ll gain practical tools to enhance your yoga practice and daily movements, all while receiving guidance from a professional.

Face Yoga Fundraiser
Ready to refresh your face, reduce stress, and give back to an amazing cause? Join us for a rejuvenating session of Face Yoga & Gua Sha! This class is your chance to boost blood flow, lift and tone your face and neck, and release all that built-up tension—bye-bye headaches and eye strain!
You'll learn easy-to-follow self-massage techniques to improve your skin’s texture and elasticity, plus a little extra love with the soothing, sculpting power of gua sha. It’s the perfect way to treat yourself and your skin while supporting a wonderful cause! The cost to join is $25 and all proceeds will go to the Family Justice Center of Knoxville. Join us to give your face the pampering it deserves!

Our next book club will be a relaxed and fun discussion led by Emily on The Authenticity Project by Clare Pooley—a heartwarming and lighthearted story about the power of honesty, connection, and second chances.
