Sarah will share effective techniques for integrating mindfulness and yoga into your routine to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and promote mental clarity. You can expect calming yoga postures that focus on releasing tension in key stress areas. These simple movements will help restore balance and bring clarity to both body and mind. We will also learn how to cultivate presence and awareness with a guided meditation and the use of essential oils, providing you with tools to manage stress and stay grounded in your daily life.

Blue Ridge Yoga is turning 10! Join us for our 10th Anniversary Tie-Dye Celebration Party—a fun-filled afternoon of creativity, community, and good vibes!
