The pelvic floor is not just for women. It is the base from which we, all humans, move from. It helps to stabilize us as we move through the world and our yoga class. In this workshop, we will look at what makes up the pelvic floor, where it really is, and what all it does. Through all of this we can discover how it applies to our yoga practice and daily life. We will study how to strengthen, lengthen, and improve the function of the pelvic floor through breath work, poses, and postures. This workshop will give you a deeper understanding of how your body moves through space, which can lead to improved yoga practices, daily life, and more!
