Sarah, Instructor

Sarah’s love of yoga began in 2016 while she was attending the University of Colorado. In 2017, she moved to Tennessee and pursued her passion of mental health and therapy, becoming a clinical therapist in 2019. After completing graduate school and working in a high stress environment, she found her way back to yoga as a way to cope with adjustments, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Sarah found a community in Blue Ridge, which inspired her to begin her 200-hour teacher training. As an instructor, Sarah aspires to cultivate connection, a supportive environment, and empowerment to others through the physical and mental practice of yoga.

Her classes are designed to be energetic and strength-based rooted in self-love and appreciation.

Outside of yoga, you can find Sarah working as a therapist, spending time with her husband, or playing with her 3 dogs.
