Get ready for the golf season by including an applied yoga practice as part of your conditioning program. These classes will focus on improving flexibility and strength, along with balance, core conditioning, breathing awareness, and mental acuity.
Each class will begin with a baseline evaluation, followed by grounding and centering, a dynamic warmup, asanas (poses) that support the golf swing, resting and visualization, and end with a baseline retest to take note of any change in your body after completing the class.
Golfers of all levels and yogis of all levels are welcome to participate.

JD Clayton completed his Yoga Teacher training at Blue
Ridge Yoga in August 2017 and holds an RYT 200
certification. He teaches Yoga classes that focus on
people “50 years and wiser” but welcomes all to attend
his classes. JD also holds a L1 Certification in Yoga for
Golfers.
