In this workshop, we will look at better understanding our bodies, their stress responses, and how to mitigate the impact living in a stressful world can cause us. We will learn more about the nervous system, what happens to our bodies under stress, and how to identify internal cues so that you can manage your stress better. Expect a 30-45 min practice of trauma-informed yoga for all levels to follow the discussion.
