Mindfulness for Self-Care Workshop

Let's embrace the transition into the seasons of introspection by gathering to explore mindfulness.

Together, we will explore ways to connect to the present moment and cultivate a greater sense of appreciation for life and its small blessings. Our guiding theme will be the Autumn Season.

What to Expect...
- Mindful Nature Walk in Farragut (in-person only, weather permitting)
- Mindful Mandala Activity
- Gentle Slow Flow Yoga & Visualization Meditation
- Optional Hot Tea Gathering Outdoors (in-person only)

This session will be available in-studio and online. Please be sure to register for the correct session.

The In-Studio session is limited to 10 students. Masks will be required during the session if there are more than 5 participants.

Joining from home via live-stream is an option as well. RSVP for the ONLINE Workshop option if you are tuning in from home!

Session hosted by Laura Filtness. Laura is a Blue Ridge Yoga 200hr Teacher Training Graduate & Instructor and a school counselor. She holds a Masters in Education and is passionate about helping others learn techniques and tools to manage stress.
