Learn to Invert Safely
Learn to get upside down safely. In this workshop, we will explore six different inverted poses both using props for support and unaided if you would like to take them to the next level. Inverted poses are an essential part of an energetic practice, but also can be used to restore the body. We will explore how to add inversions in your practice, and most importantly how to prepare the body for them and how to practice each pose safely. If you want to add variety and challenge to your practice, inversions are a great way.
