Fall Mindfulness Workshop

Fall into the present during this mindfulness workshop. We will take time for ourselves by practicing some mindfulness exercises that will leave you feeling grounded and relaxed. Expect mindfulness exercises for the senses, including taste, smell, and sight. We will end the session with a gentle restorative yoga practice.
