We often give our love freely, flowing from us like an endless source. How do you show yourself love? How do you restore your ability to love when it feels lost? This restorative and meditative practice will explore your capacity to flow love within yourself and encourage you to amplify the amount of love surrounding your daily life. When we choose to think and act out of love rather than fear, we create opportunities for peace rather than stress. Join us for a relaxing session that promotes love within your body and mind.
