Puppy Yoga Fundraiser!

Join us for a paws-itively adorable morning of puppy yoga to benefit the Humane Society of Tennessee Valley!

We're teaming up with Orange Hat Brewing to host a heartwarming yoga session with puppies! This class will guide you through gentle yoga poses while puppies roam around, bringing joy and laughter to your practice. The best part? All proceeds will go directly to the Humane Society of Tennessee Valley, helping them continue their amazing work rescuing animals in need.

After the session, stick around and enjoy a drink at the brewery to continue the fun!

Led by our wonderful instructor, Sarah, whose knowledge as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and compassionate therapist allows her to give you guidance on your journey of healing, relaxation, or personal growth.

Sarah will share effective techniques for integrating mindfulness and yoga into your routine to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and promote mental clarity. You can expect calming yoga postures that focus on releasing tension in key stress areas. These simple movements will help restore balance and bring clarity to both body and mind. We will also learn how to cultivate presence and awareness with a guided meditation and the use of essential oils, providing you with tools to manage stress and stay grounded in your daily life.
