Margaret, Instructor
Margaret wants you to feel welcome and supported in her classes. She appreciates the transformative power of yoga and knows the first steps to well-being are the hardest. She is particularly enthusiastic about reaching those apprehensive to yoga, as she firmly believes there is a perfect yoga style for each person. Using gentle movement, Margaret emphasizes connecting with the self through body awareness and breath. She is passionate about stress reduction, which she believes is essential to living with steadiness and ease.
Margaret completed her 200h (2019) and 300h (2024) yoga teacher trainings at Blue Ridge Yoga, and has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from UTK. When she’s not at the studio, you can find her spending time with family, on a disc golf course, or in a sauna somewhere.
