What You Need to Know…

  • Our Monthly Unlimited Membership continues automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

  • If you decide to cancel, all we ask is for a 7-day Notice prior to your upcoming payment and submission of the Membership Cancelation Form. A Membership can’t be canceled until the form is completed (sorry, no phone/text/email/verbal requests), but don’t worry - it only takes a minute!

  • If you send in a Membership Cancelation Form less than 7-days before your next payment, your membership will continue for one more month.

  • Membership Pauses are temporary “freezes” for things like illness, vacation, work travel, etc. If you pause your membership, you won’t be able to book or view any class (including virtual) or access any other membership benefits.

  • Once your Membership Pause ends, your Membership will automatically reactivate, even if you haven’t come back to class. We recommend marking your pause details on your calendar!

  • If your Membership is paused at the time you submit a cancelation request, your membership will be un-paused and then checked for the 7-day notice.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable, non-extensible, and non-transferable.

  • If your Membership payment is declined, expect us to reach out! Declined payments must be reconciled before we can pause or cancel a membership.

  • Cancellations and no shows that occur less than 3 hours before a class will incur a penalty.
