Summer Solstice Workshop!
Celebrate the longest day of the year with a restorative experience designed to help you find calm, balance, and renewal. As the summer sun reaches its peak, it's the perfect time to pause, cool down, and turn inward.
In this special 90-minute workshop, Debbie will guide you through a series of deeply restful restorative yoga poses, all supported by props and enhanced with gentle, hands-on assists. You'll be invited to slow down and connect to the breath through soothing, cooling pranayama practices that help counter the heat and busyness of the season.
To elevate the experience, spa-like towels infused with calming essential oils will be offered to refresh your senses. Seasonal sweet treats will be available as a nourishing post-practice offering, adding a thoughtful, indulgent touch to the afternoon.
This workshop is open to all levels and is especially supportive for those seeking stillness, recovery, or a gentle reset. Whether you're looking to cool the fire of summer or simply carve out time for self-care, this practice will leave you feeling grounded, cared for, and deeply restored.

Mudras & Mantras Workshop
Join us for a heart-centered workshop that combines movement, intention, and sound—all for a powerful cause. In this special 90-minute session, D’lene will guide you through the practice of mudras (hand gestures that direct energy) and mantras (sacred sounds or phrases used to focus the mind and uplift the spirit). These ancient tools are simple yet profound, helping to quiet mental chatter, deepen meditation, and support emotional balance.
Whether you're brand new to these practices or looking to explore them more deeply, this workshop offers a playful and meaningful way to connect with your inner self while supporting a community in need.
100% of proceeds go directly to Carecuts of Knoxville, an incredible organization that provides free haircuts, meals, clothing, showers, and vital connections to housing and job support for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Come move, chant, and give back—every breath and gesture makes a difference. Reserve your spot today and help us raise funds and awareness for this beautiful cause.
