Take Your Study Further
The 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Ridge Yoga is the perfect opportunity for yoga instructors to expand their existing knowledge of yoga and delve into more complex topics.
This training features two master instructors from Asheville, NC whose expertise is beyond that currently found in Knoxville. Libby Hinsley, Author & Physical Therapist, and Jacquelyn Dobrinska, Director of Education for the Ram Dass Foundation, will bring their unique skills to Knoxville for a training that perfectly balances the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
Blue Ridge Yoga has hosted four years of successful 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings with a 100% recommendation rate from graduates and will bring the same level of care and precision to its upcoming 300hr Advanced Training.
You will gain a greater understanding of the body from both an anatomical and an energetic perspective, and you will discover further philosophical concepts to connect you with the roots of yoga as a spiritual practice.
We will teach how to apply this knowledge to your own practice and to your teaching so that you can confidently introduce new information to your students.
You can feel certain that you will receive a training of the highest quality and have a supportive community to encourage your personal growth along the way.
We are excited to bring this opportunity to you and look forward to being a part of the next step in your yoga journey!

However, training time that is missed can be made up by viewing a recording and completing a quiz to verify comprehension of the material. Access to recordings should not be considered an alternative to attending the scheduled training and any scheduling conflicts must be presented to the Studio Admin in advance.

The 300hr training consists of 12 full weekends and 10 online sessions for a total of 270 training hours.
